§ 42-64.13-12. Duty to streamline and coordinate interagency regulation for green industries.
The office of regulatory reform shall, in consultation with the departments of environmental
            management, labor and training, revenue, and the coastal resources management council,
            and plant-based and agriculture industry representatives, reduce burdensome regulations,
            improve interagency efficiency, and coordinate the regulatory process to facilitate
            further economic growth within plant-based industries and agriculture.
