§ 42-64.10-7. Directors, officers, and employees.

(a) Directors.

(1) The powers of the corporation shall be vested in a board of directors consisting of eleven (11) members. The membership of the board shall consist of the chief executive officer of the Rhode Island commerce corporation as chairperson (who shall vote only in the event of a tie), six (6) members appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, two (2) members appointed by the town council of the town of North Kingstown, one member appointed by the town council of the town of Jamestown, and one member appo
