§ 42-64.10-15. Dissolution of the Quonset/Davisville Management Corporation.
The enactment of this chapter shall constitute the approval and authorization of the
            general assembly to dissolve the Quonset/Davisville Management Corporation, which
            is a subsidiary of the economic development corporation, and the functions of the
            Quonset Davisville Management Corporation are hereby transferred to the corporation,
            effective December 31, 2004.
