§ 42-64.10-10. Compliance.
The corporations shall comply with all applicable provisions of law, including, but
            not limited to:
         
(1) Ethics, chapter 14 of title 36;
         
(2) Open meetings, chapter 46 of this title;
         
(3) Public records, chapter 2 of title 38;
         
(4) Administrative procedures, chapter 35 of this title; and
         
(5) Governance and financial management of quasi-public corporations, as provided in chapter 18 of title 35 with regard to obligations, financing leases, and gu
