§ 42-63.4-8. Severability.
The provisions of this chapter are severable and if any provision or part of this
            chapter shall be held invalid or unconstitutional or inapplicable to any person or
            circumstances, any invalidity, unconstitutionality or inapplicability of any provision
            or part of this chapter shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions of this
            chapter.
