§ 42-63.2-2. Grants for child daycare facilities.

The director shall establish and administer a program of grants to nonprofit development corporations for the purpose of planning, site preparation, construction, expansion, or renovation of licensed child daycare facilities in industrial parks. The total of grants under this section to any one nonprofit development corporation shall not exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). The total of all grants under this section shall not exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in any fiscal year.
