§ 42-63.2-1. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings:

(1) "Child daycare facility� means a facility that requires a license from the department of children, youth and families under chapter 72.1 of this title.

(2) "Director� means the director of the department of human services.

(3) "Industrial park� means a tract of land that is developed and set aside exclusively for the use of two or more manufacturing, warehousing, or other non-retail commercial or industrial facilities.
