§ 42-61.2-3. Additional powers and duties of the director.

In addition to the powers and duties of the state lottery director under § 42-61-4, the director shall promulgate reasonable rules and regulations relating to video lottery games and to make recommendations and set policy for these games. These rules and regulations shall include, but not be limited to:
