§ 42-60.1-6. Certification.
Manufacturers of appliances covered by this chapter shall certify to the director
            that those appliances are in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The director
            shall promulgate regulations governing the certification of appliances covered by
            this chapter and shall publish an annual list of those appliances.
