§ 42-60-9. Orders, rules, and regulations.

(a) The governor may make, amend, and rescind any orders, rules, and regulations that the governor may deem advisable to carry out the provisions of this chapter.

(b) All orders, rules, and regulations promulgated by the governor shall become effective immediately except as provided in subsection (c).

(c) All orders by the governor to amend or suspend certain state rules and regulations in effect prior to the declaration of an energy crisis may become effective no sooner than forty-eight (48) hours after the governor has notified
