§ 42-6.1-2. Appointment of chair — Meetings.
(a) The cabinet shall be co-chaired by the director of the commerce corporation and the
            director of the department of labor and training until such time that the secretary
            of commerce is appointed.
         
(b) Upon the appointment of a secretary of commerce, the secretary of commerce shall be
            chair.
