§ 42-6.1-1. Creation — Members.
There is hereby established within the executive branch of state government a commerce
            and workforce coordination cabinet comprised of officials from state agencies with
            responsibility and oversight relating to economic and workforce development. The cabinet
            shall include, but not be limited to, the following members, upon the member's appointment:
            the secretary of commerce, the director of the commerce corporation, the director
            of the department of transportation, the director of the department of administration,
            the director of the department of revenue, the director of the department of human
            services,
