§ 42-56.2-5. Cooperation of other agencies.
All state departments and agencies, the director of the department of human services,
            and the board of governors for higher education are authorized and directed to cooperate
            with the federal surplus property officer in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
            The board of regents for elementary and secondary education is authorized to assign
            personnel from within those departments at the request of the governor, to assist
            the federal surplus property officer in the acquisition and procurement of equipment,
            supplies, materials, and other personal property pursuant to the provisions of § 42-56.2-1.
