§ 42-56.2-2. Contracts by federal surplus property officer.
The federal surplus property officer may enter into any contract with the United States,
            or with any agency of the United States, for the purchase, lease or other acquisition
            of any equipment, supplies, materials, or other personal property, and may, with the
            approval of the governor, enter into any contract with the United States, or with
            any agency of the United States, for the purchase, lease, or other acquisition of
            any property within this state, or any interest in property.
