§ 42-56.2-1. Federal surplus property officer — Appointment — Duties.
Within the department of administration there shall be a federal surplus property
            officer who shall be appointed by the director of the department and who shall be
            in the classified service of the state. The federal surplus property officer shall
            exercise the powers and duties as set forth in this chapter.
