§ 42-56.1-8. Ineligibility for other incentive payments.
Any person receiving educational incentive payments under this chapter is ineligible
            for additional payments as contained in the incentive in-service training programs
            for state employees as contained in the state personnel rules or in § 36-4-14 or § 36-4-44 or in any other chapter relating to incentive in-service training programs.
