§ 42-56-34. Designation of land and buildings for training school for youth.
The buildings comprising the Rhode Island training school for boys and the Rhode Island
            training school for girls, all of which are located in Cranston, and the grounds surrounding
            those buildings and any other buildings and grounds, wherever located, as shall hereafter
            be maintained for those purposes are declared to be the training school for youth.
