§ 42-56-16. Deputy warden and employees, women's division, adult correctional institutions.
The director of corrections shall appoint a deputy warden, women's division, adult
            correctional institutions, who under the direction of the director, shall have the
            control and management of the division. The director shall appoint any other assistants
            and employees who may be deemed necessary for the proper management of the women's
            division.
