§ 42-55-5.4. Renewable energy in housing developments.
On or before July 1, 2009, the corporation shall establish, in appropriate housing
            development programs it administers, criteria for priority consideration of housing
            development proposals which include renewable energy features which are demonstrated
            to be cost-effective and can be implemented in a reasonable period of time. Effective
            January 1, 2026, the executive office of housing, in collaboration with the corporation,
            shall develop criteria.
