§ 42-45.1-6. Survey of sites.

The state historical preservation commission shall conduct a survey of archaeological and anthropological sites and specimens located within the state. The results of the survey shall be made available to all agencies of the state government and its political subdivisions that, in the opinion of the commission, may conduct activities that affect the archaeological or anthropological sites and specimens.
