§ 42-45-9.1. Historic preservation easement fund.
It is hereby provided that the general treasurer establish a "historic preservation
            easement fundâ€� for the purpose of receiving fees charged for acceptance of conservation
            easements. The historical preservation and heritage commission shall assess fees for
            acceptance of conservation easements. The fees shall be used to pay the costs of operating
            and maintaining the easements.
