§ 42-41-7. Exceptions and exclusions.

(a) Federal funds receipted by "self supportingâ€� or "proprietaryâ€� state agencies that derive all their financing from sources other than the general fund are exempt from the provisions of §§ 42-41-5 and 42-41-6. Colleges and universities under the control of the board of governors for higher education are also exempt from these provisions.
