§ 42-40-2. Definitions.
For the purposes of this chapter:
(1) "Receiving agencyâ€� means any department or agency of the federal government or a state
            or local government that receives an employee of another government under this chapter.
         
(2) "Sending agencyâ€� means any department or agency of the federal government or a state
            or local government that sends any employee thereof to another government agency under
            this chapter.
