§ 42-36-2. Entitlement and distribution of annual reports.
The report shall be entitled "Digest of Annual Reports of State Agencies.â€� It shall
            be published and distributed by the director of administration to the governor and
            to members of the general assembly annually in the month of January, and thereafter
            be made available for public distribution as long as the supply shall last.
