§ 42-35-3. Electronic filing of annual reports.
In addition to all other requirements imposed by law, all agencies shall be required
            to electronically submit their annual reports to the general assembly for posting
            on the general assembly website in lieu of a printed copy. However, an agency shall
            produce a printed copy on demand.
