§ 42-35-2.4. Electronic filing.
In addition to all other requirements imposed by law, all agencies and authorities
            (as defined in this chapter) shall be required to electronically submit their annual
            reports to the general assembly for posting on the general assembly website in lieu
            of a printed copy. However, an agency or authority shall produce a printed copy on
            demand.
