§ 42-32-3. Employees — Executive committee.
The science and research council shall have the power to engage an executive director
            and such other clerical and secretarial assistance as it shall deem necessary. The
            council may elect from among its members an executive committee and such other committee
            or committees as it shall deem necessary to properly carry out its functions hereunder.
