§ 42-28.10-4. Collection of fees.
Any participating law enforcement agency shall be required to pay a user fee to be
            determined by the department of public safety in consultation with the board. Fees
            paid pursuant to this section shall be maintained in a restricted receipt account
            pursuant to this chapter for the exclusive purpose of implementing the provisions
            of this chapter.
