§ 42-28.1-9. Ineligibility for other incentive payments.
Any person receiving educational incentive payments under this chapter is ineligible
            for additional incentive payments as contained in the in-service training program
            for state employees, as contained in the state personnel rules or in § 36-4-44 or in any other chapter relating to incentive in-service training programs.
