§ 42-28-49.1. Non-state agency reimbursements.

There is hereby established within the general fund a restricted receipt account to be known as the "state police non-state-agency reimbursementsâ€� account. All revenues deposited into the account from non-state agencies shall be used to reimburse the state police for costs incurred in support of non-state agency programs and activities. All funds deposited into the account shall be exempt from the indirect cost recovery provisions of § 35-4-27.
