§ 42-28-17. Vehicles, equipment, and supplies.

The superintendent shall provide the Rhode Island state police with necessary motor vehicles, and other suitable equipment, uniforms, and supplies, all of which shall be and remain the property of the state. When any equipment shall become unfit for use, the superintendent shall have power to sell that equipment and shall pay all moneys received therefor to the general treasurer for the use of the state.
