§ 42-23-3. Appointment of chairperson and elector members.

At the January session in each odd-numbered year, the governor shall appoint five

(5)qualified electors as members of the commission on interstate cooperation to hold office until the first day of February in the second year after their appointment, and the governor may designate the member who shall serve as chairperson.
