§ 42-20-8.1. Public access to state contracts.
A complete and legible copy of each contract entered into after September 30, 1994,
            by any state agency and department of state government, including without limitation
            public and quasi-public agencies, authorities, boards, and commissions, involving
            the expenditure of more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be made available
            to the public at the office of any state agency and department of state government
            entering into the contract. The director of administration shall be responsible for
            compliance with this section.
