§ 42-2-8. Execution of state process.
All civil and criminal processes issued under the authority of this state or of any
            department, division, or officer thereof may be served and executed on any lot, piece,
            parcel, or tract of land acquired by the United States under the authority of this
            chapter, and in any buildings or structures that may be erected thereon, in the same
            manner as if jurisdiction had not been ceded under the authority of this chapter.
