§ 42-2-4. Forest, wildlife, and recreational areas.

The consent of the state is hereby given to the acquisition by the United States or any authorized agency thereof, by purchase, gift, devise, or lease, of those lands or interests in land in this state which the United States or agency may deem necessary or desirable for the purpose of the establishment and maintenance or of the maintenance of forest, wildlife, park, or recreational areas in accordance with acts of the Congress authorizing the acquisition by the United States or any agency thereof of lands or interests in land for this purpose, reserving, however, to this state, over all lands
