§ 42-2-3. Migratory bird reservations.

Consent of the state of Rhode Island is given to the acquisition by the United States by purchase, gift, devise, or lease of those areas of land or water, or of land and water, in Rhode Island, which the United States may deem necessary for the establishment of migratory bird reservations in accordance with the Migratory Bird Conservation Act, 16 U.S.C. §§ 715 — 715s, reserving, however, to the state of Rhode Island full and complete jurisdiction and authority over all those areas not incompatible with the administration, maintenance, protection, and control thereof by the United States under the terms of that
