§ 42-18-7. Transfer of functions from the department of human services.
There is hereby transferred to the department of health those functions and resources
            formerly administered by the department of human services relating to the administration
            and management of the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and
            children (WIC) authorized by § 23-13-17.
