§ 42-18-2. Milk inspection powers.
The department of health and director of health shall enforce the provisions of chapter 2 of title 21, relating to milk; provided, however, that nothing contained in this section shall
            infringe upon the powers and duties of the department of environmental management
            relating to the inspection of cattle, milk herds, or the economic control of milk.
