§ 42-17.4-7. Applications.
(a) Application for certification shall be made on forms supplied by the board.
         
(b) The application shall be accompanied by a fee of ten dollars ($10.00). The annual
            renewal fee will be five dollars ($5.00).
         
(c) The board shall review applications and supporting documents, determine the eligibility
            of the applicant for examination, and notify the applicant of the same.
         
(d) The fee will not be returned upon failure to pass the examination.
