§ 42-17.4-10. Penalty for violation.
Any person who shall be found guilty of violation of any of the provisions of § 42-17.4-6 or any rules and regulations adopted hereunder shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty
(30)days, or by both fine or imprisonment, and every person shall be deemed guilty
of a separate and distinct offense for each day during which the violation is repeated
or continued.
