§ 42-17.10-2. Form of summons.

(a) The form of the summons and the complaint authorized by this section shall be used for all environmental civil violations specified in § 42-17.10-1. The summons and complaint to be issued to an alleged offender shall contain such information, and be in such form, as may be required by the rules and procedures promulgated by the chief judge of the district court for the traffic tribunal. Every summons shall provide notice of:

(i)the charge or charges against the individual; and (ii) a date to appear in the traffic tribunal and answer the charges against him or her.
