§ 42-17.1-16.1. Fees for use of state port facilities at Newport — Development fund.
All fees collected by the department of environmental management for use of state
            port facilities in Newport, including fees collected for leases, licenses, or permits
            involving land, buildings, docks, piers, parking, or berthing space, shall be deposited
            as general revenues.
