§ 42-167-6. Rules and regulations.
The secretary of the executive office of housing may promulgate such rules and regulations
            in accordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of this title as are necessary and
            proper to carry out the duties assigned to the secretary of the executive office of
            housing or to the executive office of housing by this title or any other provision
            of law.
