§ 42-167-1. Executive office of housing established.
Effective January 1, 2023, there is hereby established within the executive branch
            of the state government an executive office of housing with the responsibility for
            developing plans, policies, standards, programs, interagency coordination, and providing
            technical assistance for housing and homelessness. The executive office of housing
            shall be the state's lead agency for addressing issues related to housing, homelessness,
            and community development in the state of Rhode Island.
