§ 42-165-6. Participating agencies.

(a) Participating agencies shall transfer data, as applicable, to the RIIDS in accordance with the data security policies as approved by the board, and pursuant to the requirements of state and federal privacy laws and policies.

(b) Any agencies providing data on a recurring basis to the RILDS shall provide a representative to the board and be governed in the same manner as the initial agencies and entities and shall be subject to applicable board policies.
