§ 42-157-3. General requirements.

(a) The exchange shall make qualified health plans available to qualified individuals and qualified employers. The exchange shall not make available any health benefit plan that has not been certified by the exchange as a qualified health plan in accordance with federal law.

(b) The exchange shall allow an insurer to offer a plan that provides limited scope dental benefits meeting the requirements of section 9832(c)(2)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 through the exchange, either separately or in conjunction with a qualified health plan, if the plan provides pediatri
