§ 42-155-8. Outside employment.
No employee of a quasi-public corporation may accept outside employment that will
            impair his or her judgment as to duties and responsibilities in the course of employment
            with the quasi-public corporation. Generally, outside employment is barred if the
            private employer can benefit from the official actions of the employee of the quasi-public
            corporation.
