§ 42-14.2-5.2. License fees — Renewal applications.

Any fee for the initial issuance or renewal of a license shall be determined by multiplying the per annum rate of the number of years in the term of license. The total fee for the entire term of license shall be paid prior to the issuance of the initial license or of the renewal. The application for renewal shall be made not less than thirty

(30)days from date of expiration. Upon payment of the required fee, the license shall be renewed.
