§ 42-14.2-13. Penalties.
Any person, firm, corporation, or association violating any of the provisions of this
            chapter shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person, firm, corporation,
            or association who is convicted for violation of any section of this chapter shall
            be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment
            for a term not to exceed one year, or both fine and imprisonment for each violation
            of the provisions of this chapter.
