§ 42-14-8. Clerical assistance and expenses.
The superintendent of banking and the superintendent of insurance may employ such
            clerical assistance and incur such office and traveling expenses for him or herself,
            his or her deputies and assistants as may be necessary in the performance of his or
            her other duties, and as provided by this title, within the amounts appropriated therefor.
